Referral Card

Contest Rules: No purchase necessary to obtain card. Other rules of eligibility may be printed in the additional text on this card or posted at the sponsor. This card is void if it is counterfeit, stolen and/or improperly obtained. It is also void if card has been tampered with in any manner or if te hidden image prizes are scratched off or exposed prior to scratching off in the business manager’s presence. One card per player/family who must be 19 years or older and gainfully employed in a verifiable job.

Card must be played prior to any payment made, or purchase/lease documents are signed. All taxes due are the responsibility of the winners. Odds of winning the “W” prize 400:1, “I” 40:1, and the “N” prize are 400:389.
